Well, my end product is installed and looks great. Just took a while to get there. After purchasing in June, 3 back-orders, i finally received my ceiling fan! All installed, i went to check all the functions and the reverse fan was not working. Lumens sent another immediately out, i took down broken one, and installed new one. Happy with my end product, just wish we were able to enjoy al summer as well. 2 30 day back orders, then another week or so. The only reason i didn't cancel, was even for the higher price my wife loved the fan. Plus the service at Lumans is AMAZING! everyone was helpful and sympathetic so that great customer service won't prevent me from using again.

Remote receiver is too large to fit in the junction box or under the canopy. Unusable. Instructions say to insert into the ceiling mount bracket. Doesn't fit.

Putting the remote control in the wall switch is really goofy. To make any change, you must walk further than to a pull chain. Also, when the batteries are new, the range is much further, maybe 100 feet, so neighbors control your fan & lights in a subdivision because there is only 16 settings on the 4 binary dip switch. Plus, the reverse direction switch is on the top, where you can't see it, rather than on the side. I have 4 of these fans to replace.

Ceiling fan for my dining room

Great ceiling fan that matches the wood tones in my home. The installation was easy compared to other ceiling fans and I love the light that it gives off in the my dining room. Overall very happy with this ceiling fan!
