Kute Ceiling Fan

We have avoided replacing ceiling fans in our home for some time because they are all so heavy any unattractive. This one is nicely proportioned. I am giving it a 4 because the phone app and install were overly complicated. We thought we needed a larger downrod and didn't based on the specs. We also bought two other fans from Lumens with great user reviews, less expensive ceiling huggers with similar energy use that were a much greater value and much simpler. I'm waiting to see if the white is easy to clean.

Just installed yesterday, replacing an older brown ceiling fan that was distracting. Bought it because it had white blades that blended with the ceiling, antique gold finish that made it look better than a regular cheap all white fan and blended with other fixtures, and a light (the light kit is a separate purchase). This was the only such fan I could find meeting that criteria. The blades are a little short for my great room (which I knew before purchasing) so it looks a little off but functions great. I didn't realize until it was installed how wicked smart the fan is - you can control it from your phone, put it on timers, change from winter to summer without climbing up, and more. The light kit works really well and blends with can lights. Tips for installation: the first step explains to remove a set screw from the top that isn't there. The set screw is at the bottom and doesn't look anything like the picture. Also it doesn't appear that you can wire the fan and light to separate wall switches. You have to use the remote. I plan on screwing the remote over the wall switch that used to control the old fan.

We bought this contemporary fan to replace an odd wicker-bladed fan in our vacation home. The sleek design compliments our decor. The fan was well-priced and came quickly. I am looking forward to using it this summer when it heats up.

I purchased this ceiling fan a few weeks ago and finally got it installed. I love this ceiling fan. The look and festers are perfect. The fan is also very quiet.
