We like this fan a lot and bought 3 of them. The LED light is bright and dims well. The fan is quiet and can be adjusted from low speed to high speed. I do recommend getting both the wall control AND the remote control. Only issue with the fan is it ONLY works with the controls that come with it, and it cannot be easily wired to work with conventional fan and light controls (e.g. Lutron) at the wall. An easy way to wire in 3-way control for the light would be appreciated too.

Called YLighting with tons of questions about identifying the appropriate Modern Fans fan, and got a fantastic person who not only helped me with the decision but gave me valuable additional guidance. Everything went perfectly smoothly, got the fan in 5 days instead of the 3 weeks I was warned of. Had a professional electrician install as I have 23 ft. ceilings. All went smoothly and I adore the fan.

I am really happy with this fan, I wanted a raw look with a hint of modern. With the galvanized finish it gives me the look I was shopping for plus the quiet and efficient motor. Looks great, works great!
