Imnes Floor Lamp

- As the other reviewer commented, it is of poor quality and setup is surprising complicated and difficult due to excess chord. - Lumens is also straight up marketing this deceptively. The actual lamp is the Ines lamp by Living District. That they are marketing and selling this as an exclusive item to Lumens, coasting off their reputation, should be an indicator to not always trust what you see on this site.

Product arrived with the stem consisting of 3 pieces that needed to be screwed together that housed the cord. Once they were screwed together, there was so much excess cord that i couldn't screw the stem to the base. I called customer service and they had me call the manufacturer with which i ended up on hold forever. After enough frustration I just forcefully pulled the excess cord out the bottom of the base, which i definitely wasn't supposed to do. It works fine but the design install and design was terrible.
