Pretty but issues with balance, odd noises

Purchased a no light version in May 2023 after being very happy with a light version. Out of box it had balance issues that I can't fully resolve and once in a while loud noises - have to turn off/on.

We have a massive room to cool. These are great air producers for our great room, but I did purchase two fans. From floor to the ceiling top it measures 28 ft. The IC/Air 3 is a beautiful fan! Very balanced and very quiet. No vibration at all. I can barely hear them both going at the same time on high speed. From where we placed our two fans they are about 19 feet off the floor level and we still feel great circulation on the ground level as well as the loft of the great room. We ordered the maple blades on the bright nickel and are using the 18" down rod. The only improvement I would suggest could be to enlarge the markings on the remote (hard to read) as well as being able to tell what speed you are using with a light indicator. We love our fans!

This fan is great. It replaced an older fan that was noisy. It is whisper quiet and moves at least twice the air as the fan it replaced. Plus it looks sleek and stylish. Easy to hang and was probably 2/3 to weight of the old fan. Highly recommend.
