Hanger Wall Rack

The rack looks just like the picture. I bought the blue and the color is vibrant. The problem is the way the plastic hooks are connected to the metal strip. They have a groove on top and sort of slide into place. The bottom of each hook has a very tiny set screw that it supposed to hold it into place. They do not work. First off they are super tiny and so close to the wall that it is very difficult to get in to place the screwdriver in, and a person with large hands can't manage it. But the main problem is that the screws themselves are not long enough. When they are as tight as possible the hooks lift right off. So if you hang a towel on the hook when you remove the towel the hook comes off with it. MAJOR design flaw.
