Purchased this item in December 2025. Now it's FEB 2026 and we STILL haven't received it!

We sincerely apologize for the delay. Several recent events have created a ripple effect throughout the supply chain. When manufacturers don't receive the components they need on schedule, production is delayed, which in turn impacts overall delivery timelines. We see the lamp shipped and will be delivered on 2/26.

The first Fluo Lamp came and it was badly packaged, no instructions, no bulb. I had to search for the right bulb and when I set it up and plugged it did not work. Tried several outlets. I called Lumens and spoke to a lovely woman who to;d me what to do and quickly ordered a replacement. The second one came and was beautifully packaged with FRAGILE marked across it. When opening I found instructions, bulb in lamp (missing from 1st). This gave me reassurance that Lumens stands by their products. I LOVE my new Fluo Floor Lamp.

Do not buy from Lumens! The most useless support, they provide incorrect information on items that are not returnable. Terrible customer service, cannot answer three questions, they do not follow up.
