Be patient when installing, and be careful with the cables not to kink them as you will not be able to make it look straight and perfect if you do (the cables). Read the instructions carefully as the electrical is not color coded like in North America. One side of the ballast is for the electrical feed and the other you will need a very small screw driver to connect the actual cable for the light. I wasn't able to use my wall dimmer, looks like it requires a special dimmer. It took about an hour to install completely. The box it came in was horribly damaged, could have been from Customs, and disheveled re-sealing. However, contents in good shape and did not suffer any damage. Overall awesome product, replaced an expensive sophisticated chandelier however I needed the simplicity because the old light was obstructing the view. This was perfect! Definitely worth what you pay for.
