Ali & Baba Floor Lamp

An ephemeral offering inspired by one of the oldest fairy tales, the Ali & Baba Floor Lamp from Karman extends a stylish commentary to any indoor environment it’s placed in. A Matteo Ugolini design made in Italy, the lamp salutes its supernatural namesake and incorporates his eclectic design inspirations that bring an emotional edge to any of his creations. Its classical ceramic structure appears to be halfway set into its mounting surface, sending a slender stem upward from a disc “base” and geometrical to lamping concealed inside a flared linen shade that reduces bright glare into a warm ambiance.
