This very unique piece is very well made and quite large. It will take about 20 minutes to unpack and assemble. It is cleverly made so that only when all the pieces are in place is it balanced. It can be used with either candles or votives.

arrived all wrapped up in a long wooden box. took a minute to unwrap each mummy-like arm from plastic and fabric, then it all fits together very easily. one note about size: due to the long reach of the arms, it works best away from any walls so it can spin freely. otherwise an allen wrench is included to lock one or more arms into place.

Tom Dixon

Tom Dixon was founded in 2002 with a lofty goal: to revive the British furniture industry. Even as it was founded, the company already had a sort of rebellious, inventive reputation based on the preceding career of the man himself. Dixon, a self-taught designer and welder first burst onto the scene in 1987 with his S-chair for Cappellini.
