- Large Incandescent option utilizes four 40 Watt 120 Volt Type A19 Medium Base Incandescent lamps (not included), or four 60 Watt 120 Volt Type E27 Incandescent lamps (not included).
- Medium Fluorescent option utilizes one 40 Watt 120 Volt Type 2GX 13 circline Fluorescent lamp (not included).
- Medium Incandescent option utilizes four 25 Watt 120 Volt Type G16.5 Candelabra Base Incandescent lamps (not included), or four 40 Watt 120 Volt Type E14 Incandescent lamps (not included).
- Small Fluorescent option utilizes one 22 Watt 120 Volt Type 2GX 13 circline Fluorescent lamp (not included).
