"The lamps projected the letters' poetic shadows on cylindrical canvases...a gesture full of significance since it reflects today's need for a dialogue and for the importance of leaving a mark," says fellow designer Luc Ramael. By using the Helvetica typeface, the light from the Prandina ABC Pendant delicately displays jumbled letters on nearby walls--a fresh, unique idea first realized by designer Sandro Santantonio.

Prandina is an Italian brand who started in interior lighting design in 1982. Since the outset,Prandina's creative philosophy has fullfilled criteria of simplicity and formal precision, functionality and lasting quality, enabling them to gain a recognised position in the international market.
