Minimalist industrial design reveals maximum modern adjustability. The Ingo Maurer Prototype Table Lamp was designed by Maurer and Bernhard Dessecker with a base that rotates 360 degrees, an arm that can be raised and lowered 90 degrees and a studded silicone shade that swivels 100 degrees. Both functionally and aesthetically, this Prototype is a true original.

More experimentalist than anything else, German designer Ingo Maurer continues to surprise and exceed expectations. By using a wonderfully bizarre mix of found and created objects to create his capricious masterpieces, Ingo Maurer has become a pioneer in repurposed and environmentally enlightened lighting designs.

Please Note:
The gradual yellowing of the shade is due to natural aging of the material and is a deliberate feature of the lamp.

The silicone shade can be cleaned with soapy water; other parts may be wiped with a damp cloth.
