Shown in Ivory glass diffuser. One 60 Watt 120 Volt Candelabra Incandescent lamp (not included). This product is signed by the studio and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Designed by Frank Cavaz. Made in USA. Finishes and dimensions may vary as pieces are individually hand blown.
