The Period Arts Lapa Ceiling Fan with Optional Light provides refreshing air circulation with its quiet and reliable operation and enhances decor with its clean Craftsman style. Available in a Rubbed Bronze finish and with a choice between numerous blade colors, sizes, lamping and control options.

The Period Arts Fan Company, headquartered in Ashland, OR, designs and manufactures ceiling fans that expertly combine modern technology with original interpretations of late-nineteenth century and early-twentieth century architectural, interior, and product design movements.

The Period Arts Fan Company Lapa Ceiling Fan with Optional Light is available with the following:

One 5" and one 13" downrod
Sloped ceiling adaptable up to 33 degrees
Reverse switch hardwired into fan housing

UL Listed for damp locations. Install indoors or in protected, fully covered outdoor locations. Using UL Listings to help select the right product for your space.

Options:

Blade Size: 42", or 52".
Control Option: Fan Speed Only, Handheld Remote Control, No Control, Three Wire Fan and Light Control, Two Wire Fan and Light Control, or Wall Control With Remote Handset.
Finish and Blade: Rubbed Bronze with Black, Rubbed Bronze with Mahogany, or Rubbed Bronze with Maple.
Lamping: 26W Fluorescent Glass, 26W Fluorescent Mica, 75W Halogen Glass, 75W Halogen Mica, or No Light.

This fan does not use a pull chain. The fan is controlled through either hardwire switches or remote controls, as detailed below:

Period Arts Fan Control Options:
Except for the Industry Fan, Period Arts models do not use pull chains. Therefore, in order to operate your Period Arts Fan at different speeds and switch the light independently of the fan, you will need to select the appropriate control. Unless otherwise stated, all Period Arts Fan controls are designed and intended for operation of a single fan or fan and light. Any control ordered with a fan that has been configured with an energy-saving CFL will be supplied with a non-dimming version of that control.

Fan Speed Control Only - 001
A basic fan control used to operate a fan only, providing four speed control.
Handheld Remote Control - 003
Designed for independent operation of a fan and light using only one circuit (two wires). Comes with a wall hanging bracket. Provides three speeds and full range dimming when selected with an incandescent light option. When selected with a fluorescent light option, this control comes in a non-dimming model.
Fan Speed and Light Wall Control - 004
Designed for independent operation of a fan and light using only one circuit (two wires). Wires into wall box. Provides three speeds and full range dimming when selected with incandescent light fan option. When selected with a fluorescent light option, this control comes in a non-dimming model.
Three Wire Fan and Light Control - 002
Intended for operation of a fan with light. Requires two circuits (three wires). Provides four speeds and full range dimming when selected with incandescent light fan option. When selected with a fluorescent light option, this control comes in a non-dimming model.
Wall Control with Remote Handset - 005
A combination control package including the Fan Speed and Light Wall Control - 004 and the Handheld Remote Control - 003. Both wall control and compatible remote handset provide three speeds and full range dimming when selected with an incandescent light option; When selected with a fluorescent light option, these two controls come in a non-dimming model.
No Control
Choose this option only if you want your Period Arts Fan shipped without any of the other control options listed. Since fans from Period Arts don't utilize pull chains (except for the Industry Fan), this option is for those who already have control options in place.

Lighting:

26W Fluorescent option utilizes one 26 Watt 120 Volt non-dimmable Type GU24 Compact Fluorescent lamp (not included).
75W Halogen option utilizes one 75 Watt 120 Volt Type G9 Halogen lamp (not included).

Sloped ceiling adaptor for ceilings with slopes between 33 and 45 degrees
