Designed by Tobias Reischle, the Ingo Maurer Kuddelmuddel Table Lamp is one huggermugger (roughly translated) of an adjustable task lamp. At the end of a flexible arm, the light breaks free from the nest of cable gathered in the cup-like base. The flexibility of the arm allows for the light to be adjusted, extended and directed precisely where it's needed (as demonstrated by the pictured "shadow" arm).

More experimentalist than anything else, German designer Ingo Maurer continues to surprise and exceed expectations. By using a wonderfully bizarre mix of found and created objects to create his capricious masterpieces, Ingo Maurer has become a pioneer in repurposed and environmentally enlightened lighting designs.
