Open-box returns are actually new items. The only thing notable about them is that their original packaging has been opened.
After receiving and opening the new lighting fixture, lamp, ceiling fan, furniture piece or home decor item, the original buyer changed their mind and returned the item with it and all of its components otherwise intact.
We inspect the product to make sure it hasn't been damaged or tampered with to guarantee you a new-condition, high quality product.
