When on, the Artemide Cabildo Suspension creates intricate patterns of light and shadow on and around it. Designed by Eric Sole, the Cabildo Suspension has a specular reflector and halogen lamp concealed in the inner curve of the White painted shade. The ceiling canopy is made of white thermoplastic, with a clear cord and stainless steel suspension cables.

Since 1959, Artemide has created a wide array of modern table lamps, floor lamps, wall sconces and suspensions. Technologically advanced, and with styles ranging from clean and refined to sculptural and avant garde, many Artemide designs--especially the Tolomeo and Tizio--have become icons of contemporary lighting design.
