Monorail Lighting Systems.

Monorail prepackaged kits contain all of the hardware needed for basic installations, including power transformers that 'step down' line voltage (120 volts) to low voltage (12 volts). The wattage of the power transformer determines how many lights can be used on the monorail. For instance, a 150 Watt transformer can support up to three 50 watt lights (3 lights x 50 watts = 150). A 300 Watt transformer can support up to six 50 watt lights (6 lights x 50 watts = 300).
