Tailor it your spaces as it mounts to the wall with an up or downward-facing backplate. The backplate presents the light source with slender stems that draw the eye in a profile view. Perched on top, a handblown glass shade presents an artful surface that transitions in hues and texture. A single bulb doubles as the sun’s brilliant light. The bulb generates a warm, bright glow that softens and scatters through the opaque glass for an inspiring aura.
A day trip to Mexico in the 90’s inspired husband and wife David and Jamie to utilize unconventional materials in design. They began incorporating flower pots as lamp bases, and from there the Jamie Young Company was born; focusing on unique materials and taking note on current design trends. By taking influence from their travels and their love of art and history, Jamie Young and David Jeter have sought to build a company that can bring a global aesthetic into a variety of homes.
