The perfect companion to an infamously designed main attraction. Flemming Lassen created the overstuffed easy chair, The Tired Man, for The Copenhagen Cabinetmakers’ Guild Competition in 1935. In his own words, sitting in the chair should be “as warm and safe as a polar bear cub in the arms of its mother in the middle of the ice cap.” Such a piece deserves an equally comforting footstool such as this one.

Honoring the legacy of designers, architects and brothers Mogens and Flemming Lassen, by Lassen brings timeless, functional home furniture and décor designs to new generations. Founded in 2008, by Lassen prides itself on producing home furnishings that represent the finest qualities of the Danish design tradition.
