Highly sculptural and tall in stature, the In-Es Art Design Tank 2 Floor Lamp is a different take on a floor lantern. Made from a special blend of resin and fiberglass called Nebulite®, the scattered and fibrous texture has an almost papier-mache quality that creates veins of light and shadow once lit. The shape comes to a point at the top, reducing the amount of light that shines through, shining the brightest at the base of the fixture.
Founded in 2003 by Ocilunam, the sole artist and designer of the brand, In-Es Art Design is an Italian lighting company that blends decorative and industrial design together. Using a unique application of materials and paints (including resin, fiberglass and wool), Ocilunam has created a range of designs with a distinctly warm and interactive type of lighting.
