Artisans double dip the sphere and give its mouth an artful touch with a fire polishing. SkLO is a collaborative design company founded by Pavel Hanousek, Karen Gilbert, and Paul Pavlak. Although Based out of Healdsburg, CA, the team works with master glassmakers in the Czech Republic importing hand-blown glass for their lighting fixtures in the SkLO: LIT collection. Slight variation in each piece is welcome, emphasizing the beauty of the handmade process with each design.
