Fixture didn't work for us but excellent cust svc
This fixture came to us broken in one area and missing parts in another. So obviously we contacted lumens for a refund authorization. They were extremely responsive and professional and looking to satisfy me in whichever direction I chose to proceed, whether by refund or replacement. I'd definitely be a returning customer! Thank you for making it so easy to shop.
