Designed in 2019 by Phillippe Starck and built in Italy, it uses an elegant assembly of slender cylindrical steel legs atop small disc feet to provide an airy presence to its surroundings. Cantilevered supports further strengthen the frame. The wood rest has been shaped into a three-dimensional shape using patented technology, offering organic curves to an otherwise simple design.
