Designed in 1948, this timeless piece was crafted in a way to provide a sense of comfort and security. Its unique seat is created from a molded, reinforced fiberglass shell which is layered in dense foam and topped with separate seat and back cushions in polyester fiver over a foam core. It is a statement piece in the family room. It looks stunning and the size does not overwhelm the room. The only thing is it is not the most comfortable chair. Maybe it has to be broken in?????? Would buy it again in a hear beat, because it is like a piece of art.

It's classic design and pop of color really add to the aesthetic in the room. Plus, it's incredibly comfortable, which doesn't hurt either!

YLiving offered great choices in Knoll fabrics and the medium chair fits perfectly in my home. I ordered it in a bright red colored fabric. The chair is beautiful and makes an elegant statement. Even my black cat thinks it is the perfect place for a nap. I was especially pleased with the delivery service which was professional and courteous.

That said about the chair there were some issues getting it. The fabric I selected on yliving had not been available from Knoll for a while so I had to select another fabric. I was not informed of this until Knoll figured it out months after the order and contacted me. Make sure you confirm the fabric still exists. After all of that was settled I received a chair that has some creases in the fabric. It took a lot of customer service calls to Knoll, but the finally sent out a service rep armed with a hand steamer. Could have done that myself but some of the creases did come out. I'm satisfied but Knoll can be a little difficult to deal with and I am sure they now feel the same about me.
