SkLo approaches each piece with a mission to show the hand of the artisan that created it. This craft-first approach combines with the SkLo ethos stressing subtlety, restraint, and beauty. Artisans start with a handmade steel hook designed to mount the piece with a quiet visual note. Czech glass artists handblown the discs with a picture-perfect edge for a memorable circular silhouette. A recession in the glass gives the piece an intriguing quality in profile while catching the eyes in front with reflective details. Created by the separation of the glass master’s pipe, a flame-polished center marks the piece with a simple yet standout focal point.
SkLO is a collaborative design company founded by Pavel Hanousek, Karen Gilbert, and Paul Pavlak. Although Based out of Healdsburg, CA, the team works with master glassmakers in the Czech Republic importing hand-blown glass for their lighting fixtures in the SkLO: LIT collection. Slight variation in each piece is welcome, emphasizing the beauty of the handmade process with each design.

- Unless otherwise specified, a mix of 3 in and 4 in hooks for hanging is provided

- Made In Czech Republic
- Clean only with a soft, lint-free or microfiber cloth using lukewarm water and a small amount of mild liquid dishwashing detergent, followed by a rinse with clean lukewarm water. Dry with a lint-free or microfiber cloth in order to prevent spots. Wash only with lukewarm water – never expose handblown glass to extreme temperatures, either hot or cold. Do not wash in the dishwasher.
