Currently based in Nesquehoning PA, Alico Lighting, A division of ELK Group International, was founded more than fifty years ago as a manufacturer of undercabinet lighting. They were one of the first North American lighting companies to do so, with their complete collections of halogen Minipots and Halobars. Based on that success, Alico expanded into bathroom and vanity lights, and from there into decorative art glass pendants. Diving into the production of energy-efficient and cost-saving fixtures, the AL(ECO) line was officially launched in 2009, incorporating the latest energy-saving technologies (LED, CFL) into their designs.

Nice but can't use.
I purchased two of the three light option to go over my vanity mirrors. They seemed like pretty decent lights but I discovered after actually seeing one that to change the bulbs, you would have to lift the glass shades up and out of the metal holder on the edges. You would need about 8 inches clearance to the ceiling to do that which I wouldn't have so I returned them and will get sconces instead. Lumens was really great about the returns and will definitely purchase the sconces from them when I figure out which ones I want.

Ordered these lights for my master bedroom. The lights look very classy. The only problem is that two of the three bulbs that came with the fixture burned out within two weeks and had to be replaced. Guessing they were bad bulbs. Haven't had any problems since. Very nice looking lights.

We used this fixture for our newly redone bathroom. It is at the top of a mirrored mecine cabinet that is about five feet long and divided in thirds. It is wonderful, gives great light, adds to the granite counter, and modern look of the update from 1950's to now..

Beautiful and Bright!
We were uncertain which vanity lights to order, called customer service at Lumens and the rep was amazing and offered expert design advice. Based on his recommendations, we ordered three of the 5 light panels and had them professionally installed. They are beautiful, contemporary, and bright just like I wanted for my renovated bathrooms! We absolutely love them and would recommend them to anyone looking to update their bathroom with a clean, contemporary, and bright design.

if not for the bulbs
T3 100 watt bulbs were provided with the light bar. One bulb was bright and the other 4 were significently less so. The bulbs were loose and not in original package, so no data was provided on lumens.
After replacing the four dim bulbs with 1600 lumen T3 bulbs, I had a great vanity light. Alico should either eliminate bulbs and reduce price, or provide adequate bulbs with fixture.
