Designed by Prague-based Jan Plechác & Henry Wielgus, who aimed to capture big emotions using minimal resources, this table lamp is made using a centuries-old technique where glass is blown into a large oak mold, resulting in a dynamic shade that merges the craft of glassmaking and memorable spaces together.
Founded in 2007 in Liberic, Czech Republic by Leon Jakimic, Lasvit brings premier and sculptural glass arrangements to the world. Taken from the Czech words for ‘love’ and ‘light,’ Lasvit provides a series of glass lighting and home décor products crafted with utmost care and skill.
