Designed by Slide Studio, the Mineral Floor Lamp is a luxurious example of design lighting that was made in Italy by Slide. Featuring a grey-marbled polyethylene shade in a lunar silhouette and energy-efficient, long-lasting LED illumination capabilities, the overall style draws from the contemporary to Italian to mid-century modern. Light diffuses through the orb-shaped shade and flows out in all directions for a pleasant glow. Suitable for display solo, in pairs, or in multiples based on place and preference.
Founded in 2002 by Giò Colonna Romano, Slide Italian Design produces complete interior design collections by partnering with top designers such as Marc Sadler and Marcel Wanders. Currently managed by Giò’s son, Marco, Slide manufactures each product in Buccinasco, near Milan.
