Warranty: OASIQ’s warranty policy for teak, stainless steel, and aluminum frames is three years and one year for cushions and warranty policy covers manufacture defects with standard usage. The warranty for the powder coating is two years and covers peeling, blistering or cracking. Teak is a naturally oily wood and in some cases may discolor the cushions that OASIQ will not be held responsible. Fine splits/cracks in teak are common incidents that are non-structural and are not considered the product defective. OASIQ is not liable for maintenance done on any piece of furniture otherwise done by OASIQ. All requests must be presented with a photograph and repair and/or replacement will at OASIQ inclination. All furniture is made to order and is subjected to a 30 percent restocking fee for all returns. Please note that all custom orders are final sale and will not be accepted as a return.
