Key Features
A dazzling piece illustrating the intricacies of the maple leaf with a sculptural form. Made in Italy, the Maple So LED Chandelier from Itama is the showstopper you want as a source of natural inspiration and serene illumination. Designer Brian Rasmussen brings an aesthetic that takes the most essential elements of Danish and Italian design. He showcases his artistic prowess with a beautiful stained-glass window-like design for the laser-cut steel maple leaves. These leaves charm in their familiarity, sporting a pointy outline with vein-like contours running through them. The leaves are treated as a sculptural ornament as they each produce a hook for Italian craftsmen to intricately compose over the slender frame. This metallic frame produces tiers and tapers off at the base to create a depth-filled, tree-like form. A high-performance LED module rains down a clean glow from above. This light passes through the perforations of the leaves for a beautifully textured silhouette.
Since its founding in 1969, Itama has delivered on its promise to provide quality European designs with variety and innovation. Itama strives to provide groundbreaking designs that push the envelope, with the attention to detail and service that we’ve come to expect from a world-class Italian brand.
