Classically trained designer Rosie Li blends geometric forms and organic structures to shape this all-brass lighting structure. This strikingly simple chandelier features brass rods interconnected by rounded brass joints. Exposed light bulbs accent each brass joint to create a unique artistic display that also doubles as a brilliant overhead light. This lighting fixture is created in the designer's studio in Brooklyn, NY and is made to order.
After completing a bachelor’s degree in furniture at the Rhode Island School of Design, Rosie Li teamed up with engineer Philip Watkins in 2015 to form Rosie Li Studio. Based out of Brooklyn, NY, the duo embarks on designing geometrically sophisticated lighting and living products that are manufactured and finished by hand. Combining Li’s background in furniture design and Watkin’s expertise in mathematics, there is a strong sense of spatial understanding apparent in each of their lighting and living designs.
