- Born in Sendai, Japan, Mika Aono Boyd is a multidisciplinary artist currently living in Eugene, Oregon. She currently works as a studio technician for Printmaking and Fibers at the University of Oregon and is actively developing an artist-run printmaking collective in Eugene. Her recent work explores humanness in absurdity and futility through laborious processes, giving meaning to the meaningless.
