A tribute to the divas of the 50s, presenting light in a beautiful figure. Bring elegance and style to your rooms with the clean, modern design of La Lollo Floor Lamp from Slamp. Designer Lorenza Bozzoli looks to fashion and art as inspiration for her work. Born in Milan, it’s no surprise the world’s most fashionable city rubbed off on her. The northern Italian city’s visual language of simple elegance shows clearly in this piece. The lamp stands tall with a slender figure made from highly engineered plastic. A striated pattern runs from top to bottom, giving the piece a neat texture. It draws the eye with contrast. A soft opaque cylinder complements the shine of metallic rings. This shine continues in the anchoring, ultra-sleek form of the steel base. The tall form is home to three evenly spaced bulbs. These bulbs light up to produce a bright aura with a graceful silhouette.
First conceived in 1994 by Italian designer Roberto Ziliani, Slamp lighting has garnered world recognition as being at the top of a very short list of innovative and envelope-pushing lighting companies. Their range of products made of cutting-edge polymer plastics are cold-formed to avoid CO2 emissions, while excess scraps are recycled into beehives. Slamp, with their resounding mantra, "From Italy to Eternity," sets the stage for their newest and most avant-garde collections yet.
