A folding chair fit for royalty. Originally designed by Bjorn Hulten in 1975 for the Swedish Embassy in Cairo, the Skargaarden Kryss Lounge Chair has a unique form evocative of King Tut's throne. Instead of gold, ivory and ebony, this chair is made with comfortable outdoor fabric and a teak frame. Special notches in the frame allow the chair to fold up for easy transport and/or storage.
When you don’t have a lot of time to relax, making the most of that time becomes vitally important. Nowhere do they understand that better than in the cold, dark north of Gavle, Sweden, the home of Skargaarden. Inspired by the brevity of Swedish summers, Skargaarden outdoor furniture is designed to be just as warm and precious, enhancing whatever time you may have to do absolutely nothing.
