Key Features
Add an elegant, natural note to ceiling spaces with the artfully arrayed Grass Pendant from Forestier. An inspired design from the mind of renowned designer Jette Scheib, it employs her experience with digging deep into the natural world to create lasting connections between the fixture and the space it exists in. Supported from above by a strong textile cable, it uses a naturally curved smoothly-turned wooden housing to extend powerful lamping inside a multicolored horizontal shade woven from Abaca. The contours reduce glare from the sides, displaying a wide pool of light below accompanied by a warm ambiance reflected off the shade’s interior.
Grounded in a passionate reverence for the ceaseless beauty of the natural world, it was a mesmerizing appreciation for the ornamental aspects of French gardens that provided the tipping point for Bernard Forestier to found his namesake company in 1992. Remaining true to those original aesthetics -- proportionality, balance, juxtaposing clean and curvy lines -- Forestier continues to move forward, employing new material mediums and pushing stylistic boundaries while continuing to advance the core disciplines upon which the company was built.

The average amount time that a bulb is expected to last.CRI
CRI = color rendering index. This number, which can go from 0 to 100, measures the ability of a light or bulb accurately renders colors. The higher the number, the better, with most quality bulbs these days measuring at least in the 80s.Manufacturer IDs: view
