Love these Knives
Haven't had the knife long enough to know how long before it needs sharpening but it is very sharp, glides through vegetables without turning so you don't need to be concerned about the knife slipping and catching a finger. However, the knife will go where you guide it. Handle is well designed for good grip. More comfortable than it looks.

that's not a knife ... THIS is a knife!
Sleek and sexy, with a design like a stealth bomber. This razor-sharp knife has perfect heft and balance. I am going to have to buy the utility knife now -- with these two, I can then throw away all my other cooking knives!
