An avant-garde design made with traditional materials, the Forge Floor Lamp from ATELIER de TROUPE lends its elegant stability and pleasant lighting to modern décor. A thin tube carrying the cord ascends through the edge of an open, circular metal base ending at a custom-made shade of silk and linen covering the lamping. The slightly flared drum shade screens two chain sockets, blocking most of the uplight and mellowing the bulbs’ brightness into a warm radiance.
Based in Los Angeles, Atelier de Troupe designs and manufactures its collections in-house since 2011. They work with designers, artisans and craftsmen to produce the highest level of quality with a personal touch.
