Key Features
A statement of style with or without the lights on. Inspired by Italian and Californian styling, the Firenze Table Lamp from Alder & Ore presents you with a handcrafted sculptural design, surrounded by an aura of inviting light. It’s easy to get lost in the charming organic cut-outs of the lamp’s cylindrical metal body. Artisans complement the natural look of the cut-outs with a textured surface that continues into the low-profile base. A linen shade topping the sculptural construction mellows it down with a classically soft feel. The soft linen mellows light into an eye-pleasing ambient glow. The pleasant light flows down to accentuate the intricacies of the cut-out structure.
A day trip to Mexico in the 90’s inspired husband and wife David and Jamie to utilize unconventional materials in design. They began incorporating flower pots as lamp bases, and from there the Jamie Young Company was born; focusing on unique materials and taking note on current design trends. By taking influence from their travels and their love of art and history, Jamie Young and David Jeter have sought to build a company that can bring a global aesthetic into a variety of homes.
