Key Features
Designed by DT Studio, the Drop Double Cord Pendant from Il Fanale is a drop of delight, grabbing one’s attention through its clear sense of craftsmanship and focus on time-honored materials. DT Studio crafted the piece with Il Fanale’s classic meets contemporary design aesthetic. This contemporary side shows in the pendant’s flexible suspension that mounts overhead using 2 canopies. The pair of suspension cables create a subtle arrow towards the rich brass lamp holder. This holder references antique luminaires with fine accenting. A glass shade slots below in a shape evocative of the classic bulb. Add a vintage-style bulb to create a beautiful repeating silhouette and a warm, mood-setting glow.
Founded in 1979, Il Fanale uses over 40 years of experience to bring high-quality fixtures to the home. Started by Fausto Dalla Torre and his wife Luisa, each Il Fanale piece showcases a unique and unrepeatable look with a special oxidation process and materials such as brass, copper and glass. From 2015, Marzia and Tomas Dalla Torre run the company, bringing a new Mediterranean style to the product line.
