The Cromia Flushmount from Plato Design serves the needs of various spaces as a pure geometric form, wearing golden highlights on its rich concrete surfaces. Creator Plato Design balances texture, refinement, and color to create pieces that serve many uses. This flushmount feels familiar as artisans craft it by hand using concrete. The tactile concrete sports features an ultra-thin cylindrical shape that conceals the light source and directs the light while sitting flush against the ceiling. Great as a group or on its own, the flushmount funnels a comfortable down glow suited for accenting or surface washing.
An Italian design company, Plato Design was founded in 2016 by Alessandro Mattei and Caterina Naglieri. Each product is made sustainably with concrete or wood and is designed and assembled by hand in the company’s workshop in the Umbrian countryside.
