The front legs are shorter, while the rear legs angle forward to secure a curving seatback over a clean-surfaced seat with a shallow concave curve. This open construction takes on a Scandinavian style and is also stackable, allowing several seats to sweep out across its surroundings or be stored away as needed.
Muuto is firmly rooted in Scandinavian design, hand-picking the best designers from Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark. Their name is inspired by the Finnish word “muutos,” meaning “change” or “new perspective,” and it is this concept that embodies the spirit within each and every piece. Their fearless, sometimes exclusive, use of raw materials such as bulbs, plastics, and metals, represents the great diversity, innovation, and character of true Scandinavian design.

- Clean with moist first and wipe off excess liquid with a dry cloth. For leather versions clean leather with a dry cloth regularly. Treat the leather when needed using only special leather treatment products. For wood versions clean the chair with a damp cloth. If necessary, only use a mild detergent or washing up liquid and not concentrated. Always wipe with a dry cloth afterwards. To minimize the risk of stains and marks, liquid, grease etc. should be removed straight away.
