A flat-sided metal framework suspended by an array of four thin rods from a central sub-canopy surrounds the lamping, while a central collar supports a cylindrical inner shade of clear seeded glass. This translucent glass layer diffuses glare from the sides into an effervescent glow, mingling delightfully with the focused pool of downlight that passes through its open base.
