Illuminate the way to true enlightenment with the George Kovacs Torii Wall Sconce. Named for the Japanese gate that marks the entrance to a Shinto shrine, the Torii Wall Sconce was designed by KC Dering and Dawn Ladd with distinctive Asian-inspired lines. The shape of the Etched Opal glass shade is copied in the rectangular wall plate, finished in a complementary Matte Brushed Nickel.
The creative and often humorous mid-century modern aesthetic of George Kovacs (1926-2007) made a lasting impression on contemporary lighting. The extraordinary George Kovacs lighting collection, which also includes pieces by Alecia Wesner, Karim Rashid and other mid-century modern lighting designers, is now part of the Minka Group.
