Part of the Le Klint line of modern sculptural lamps from the 1960s, designed by architect and innovator Poul Christiansen. The Illuminating Experiences Le Klint 167 Pendant is made from hand-folded, color-stabilized White PVC (which is washable and anti-static). Unlike some other Le Klint lamps, the folded pleats of the Le Klint 167 are voluptuous and replete with romance.
Tage Klint pioneered the family handicraft business in Denmark in 1943, inspired by P.F. Jensen-Klint's invention of the pleated lampshade. Today, Le Klint lighting is distinguished by cool mid-century modern lighting designs that offer movement and sculpture to contemporary spaces.
The Le Klint 167 Pendant is available with the following:
- Hand-folded antistatic White plastic shade
- One ceiling canopy
- 5' white cord
- Designed by Poul Christiansen
- Fixture: Height 13.75", Diameter 14.5"
