The outdoor version of architect David Chipperfield's Corrubedo lamp. It's a clear example of his modernist approach to synthesizing the concepts of beauty, context and function. The FontanaArte Corrubedo Outdoor Wall Sconce can be installed as an uplight or downlight, and it extends 2.7" from the wall. The outer structure is in satin stainless steel; the diffuser is in White Opal polycarbonate, with a protective screen in transparent borosilicate glass.
