The Alessi Pasta Pot, designed by French chef Alain Ducasse and designer Patrick Jouin, allows the home chef to create pasta dishes using an age-old cooking technique. Pasta is sauteed in the Pasta Pot, sauce ingredients are added, then water or broth is poured in. No draining occurs, and the included trivet allows for stove-to-table service.
Alessi, known as the Italian design factory, has manufactured household products since 1921. The stylish and fun items offered are the result of contemporary partnerships with some of the world's best designers of unique and modern home accessories.
