The IC Design Group Maritime Table Clock, designed by Angelo Mangiarotti in 1956, makes a beautiful, mid-century modern centerpiece while providing the time. The Maritime Table Clock features a porcelain base.
Based in Switzerland, IC Design Group seeks to make iconic modern designs--both from the past as well as today--available the world over. While serving as an international distributor for established brands, IC Design Group also specializes in the "edit" and re-issue of singular classic modern designs, most notably pieces by Eva Solo, Man Ray and Angelo Mangiarotti.
The Maritime Table Clock is available with the following:
- Item: Height 6", Diameter 5"
- Any mechanical clock is expected to make some sort of ticking sound as the hands move. However, there is only potential for this ticking to be really audible and continual if there is a second hand. Otherwise, the clock will be basically silent or with muffled clicks limited to the movement of the minute hand.
