- One ceiling canopy suitable for installation on flat ceilings and sloped ceilings up to 33 degrees.
- One 4 in. and one 12 in. downrod.
- Reverse Switch: Hardwired into fan body.
- One mouth-blown, Matte Opal Glass diffuser.
- UL Listed for damp locations.
- EnergyStar compliant. (Fan,only and Fan with Fluorescent option.)

Fan-with-light option provides diffused lighting through a mount-blown Matte Opal Glass diffuser. Compact Fluorescent version utilizes one 26 Watt 120 Volt PL-T lamp (included); Incandescent version utilizes one 75 Watt 120 Volt A19 lamp (not included). - Control Options for Flute Fan with Light:
- No Control: Choose this option only if you want a Flute Fan shipped without any of the other control options listed. (Since fans from Modern Fan don't utilize pull chains, this option is for those who already have control options in place.)
- Fan Speed and Light Control: Provides 4 speeds and full-range dimming. Fluorescent comes with non-dimming version. Cover plate in White, only. Mounts to standard junction boxes. Requires 2 circuits.
- Handheld Remote Control: Provides 3 speeds and full-range dimming. Fluorescent comes with non-dimming version. Wall-mounted storage bracket (included).
- Wall Mounted Remote: Provides 3 speeds and full-range dimming through radio frequency, just like a handheld remote but permanently mounted to a standard junction box. Fluorescent comes with non-dimming version. Cover plate in White, only. Requires 1 circuit.
- Wall/Remote Combo: A combination control package including our #004 Fan & Light Control and our #003 Remote Control handset. Provides three speeds and full range dimming from wall control and compatible remote handset.
